About the Job
Odren’s Auto Service is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in ensuring a positive service experience for anyone who walks through the door.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in person and by phone.
- Schedule appointments, create and manage repair orders.
- Communicate repair recommendations clearly and accurately.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Must have 1-2 years of customer service experience.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Able to use a computer, experience with Mitchell 1 very helpful.
